Please send the Hotel an email stating that you are coming to the conference and give the following details:
your name(s), the type of the room(s) (e.g. single/double/triple), the number of people,
the cost of the room for the 4 nights of the conference (as given below).
Then the Hotel will guide you through the rest of the booking process.

Please note that the cost of accommodation with Hotel Pappas is a special offer made to us for the conference and is a very good deal.

The price given below covers accommodation for all 4 nights of the conference.
Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00.
Early bird booking (before 31 January) requires payment of 50% of the full accommodation fee,

The price for tea/coffee during breaks is an extra 16 Euros for the whole conference

Those who are not staying at the Hotel but wish to participate in the Conference need to contact
the Hotel to arrange their extra payment for tea/coffee breaks
and/or breakfast, lunch, evening meal for the whole conference (or on a daily basis).

Refund Policy
If you are not able to attend and you have already paid the full registration fees, the following refund policy will apply.
You may choose any of the below mentioned options:
- You may nominate any of your colleagues or friends to attend the conference in your place.
- For cancellation until end of February 2018, you will be refunded 75% of the full registration fee.
- For cancellation from 1 March 2018 until 15 April 2018 you will be refunded 50% of the full registration fee.
- From 16 April 2018 and on no refund can be offered.
For cancellation of the Hotel booking, the same cancellation policy will apply (for the full accommodation fee) as for cancellation of conference registration fee.
However, EFA and the Hellenic Focusing Center are not responsible for the Hotel or its policies and procedures.
